Wondering where to watch Halloween movies this year? From the silly, spooky, and downright scary—Hulu has your favorite classic Halloween movies and new ones you haven’t discovered yet. 

We know Halloween is technically only one day of the year—but if you’re anything like us, you prefer to celebrate spooky season from September to November (and beyond).

Hellraiser

It’s Clive Barker’s classic Halloween horror movie reimagined for 2022. In this Hulu Original, a young woman struggling with addiction finds a mysterious ancient puzzle box, not knowing that it actually summons cenobites—mutilated extra-dimensional creatures on a mission to capture and torture anyone who solves the puzzle. Jamie Clayton stars as the iconic character, Pinhead, in this remake of a classic horror film.

Hocus Pocus 2

It’s the sequel we’ve been waiting for (for 29 years to be exact)—Hocus Pocus 2! Another group of unsuspecting teens reignite the Black Flame Candle—bringing everyone’s favorite evil witches, The Sanderson Sisters, back to life. 

Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy, and Sarah Jessica Parker return to Salem (and Disney+) on Friday, September 30. Don’t forget—you can also stream the original Hocus Pocus* film now.

Hunt or be hunted. Prey is a Hulu Original film that takes place 300 years ago in the Comanche Nation. Follow Naru, a strong and skilled warrior, as she protects her tribe from a mysterious high-tech predator hunting her people.

Rocky Horror Picture Show

Tyler Perry’s Boo! A Madea Halloween

Need something not-so-spooky after binge-watching a series of seriously scary Halloween movies? Written, directed, produced by, and starring Tyler Perry himself, Boo! A Medea Halloween is much more funny than frightening. 

When Madea crashes a fraternity’s Halloween party, the angry students decide to plot their revenge against her with a bunch of Halloween pranks—but they don’t know what Medea is capable of (especially when she’s spooked).

The Night Before Halloween 

On the night before Halloween, a group of high schoolers take part in a prank that lands one of them in a coma and another in a fatal car crash. A Haunted House

Things couldn’t be better for Malcolm and Kisha who are about to move into their dream home together. That is until Kisha accidentally runs over Malcolm’s dog on the first night. Strange and unexplained things continue happening, leading the couple to believe their home is haunted. 

So, they call on a priest, psychic, and ghostbuster for help—only to find that it’s not the house that’s possessed—it’s Kisha. Can they break her free from the curse and live happily ever after? Find out in this laugh-out-loud mock-horror movie starring Marlon Wayans and Essence Atkins.

A cursed pumpkin makes its way from an off-putting pumpkin farm to an innocent family’s home. Just as they start to celebrate their yearly tradition of jack-o-lantern carving, things go awry quickly when the pumpkin comes to life and terrorizes the family. 

This bite-sized short film certainly packs a more suspenseful punch than the sour candy in your trick-or-treat bag.

Mike Myers plays Charlie MacKenzie—a commitment-phobe fresh out of a breakup when he falls head over heels for Harriet the butcher. 

Upon introducing her to his family, Charlie’s parents are convinced that Harriet is actually the notorious honeymoon murderer, “Mrs. X.” Charlie brushes off their crazy accusations until after the wedding when he gets the unsettling feeling that his parents might be right.
