Chef Luca values honoring his environment both in the wild or in the kitchen. Camping solo since he was 11-years old, Chef Luca puts high value on ethical harvesting on land and water, cooking snout to tail, and celebrating the harvest on his plates. A professional chef for over 16 years, Luca was encouraged to drop out of culinary school by his teacher to follow his personal and poetic vision. Having lived the urban life, he quickly found out that city dwelling was not the route he would take to find his true path. Luca returned to the country, where he now enjoys easy access to his combined loves of fishing, hunting and creating experiential dinners, and living on a farm with his partner Eric.
