Chef Mason is a bronco-bucking rodeo rider turned private chef with a passion for food. He grew up blue-collar in rural PA & VT around Amish farming and as a kid played with the orphan bears, deer & racoons his grandfather raised. Mason’s got culinary chops in French cuisine and high end restaurants, but the humble and free-spirited cowboy followed his dreams into the wilderness as an Outfitter Chef by horseback. Behind that ruggedly handsome cowboy stance lies the former Air Force Intelligence Analyst who can be passionately overwhelming with “TMI” about food facts, plants, butchery tactics, and historical traditions.
