As far as we’re concerned, the minute the clock struck 12AM on October 1, it officially became Huluween spooky season—and we couldn’t be more elated to present you with your October watchlist.

New Hulu Original Series


Based on a true story, and inspired by Beth Macy’s New York Times bestselling book, Dopesick examines how one company triggered the worst drug epidemic in American history. 

The new Hulu Original series takes viewers to the epicenter of America’s struggle with opioid addiction, from the boardrooms of Big Pharma, to a distressed Virginia mining community, to the hallways of the DEA. New episodes stream Wednesdays on Hulu, beginning with the three-episode premiere on Wednesday, October 13.

The Next Thing You Eat

If you’re passionate about food, you’re going to be passionate about the new Hulu Original documentary The Next Thing You Eat.

Chef David Chang hosts the six-episode docuseries, which explores the seismic changes happening all around us and what they mean for the way we’ll eat in the future (we’ll give you a hint: there may be robots, lab-grown fish, and insect farms involved). 

Buckle up. The series premieres on Thursday, October 21, only on Hulu.

Every episode of The Bachelorette will be available to stream next-day on Hulu, beginning with the premiere on Wednesday, October 20.
