Jake Lacy was raised in Vermont and graduated from North Carolina School of the Arts. He will next be seen in the new Hulu series High Fidelity. Most recently, he was seen in Fosse/Vernon, on FX, with Michelle Williams and Sam Rockwell; opposite Mary Kay Place, in DIANE by director Kent Jones; OTHERHOOD on Netflix and ODE TO JOY opposite Martin Freeman; and Showtime’s I’m Dying Up Here. Lacy’s other film credits include RAMPAGE, JOHNNY ENGLISH III, MISS SLOANE, THEIR FINEST HOUR AND A HALF, HOW TO HE SINGLE, CAROL, LOVE THE COOPERS and OBVIOUS CHILD, among others. He best known TV roles are as Fran in season give of the hit HBO series Girls and as Pete on the ninth and final season of NBC’s The Office, which earned him and the rest of the cast a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination for best Ensemble in a Comedy in 2013. Additionally, he was nominated alongside the cast of CAROL for a Golden Globe Award, a Critics’ Choice Award and San Francisco Film Critics Circle Award in the category of “Best Picture.”
