Abby was living the dream in the big city. The perfect job, the perfect man, the perfect apartment. Until one day, it all blew up. Now, Abby’s back in her hometown of Fairhope– a life she never imagined for herself at 33– trying to figure out who she is and what she wants next. Right as Abby’s about to get back on her feet, she gets sucked back into a spin cycle with ex-boyfriend and town-bad-boy Trevor. Abby eventually becomes determined to not repeat the mistakes of her past or that of her mother’s and goes on a soul-searching journey that lands her the happily-ever-after she never saw coming.
