The film is produced by Miley Cyrus, XYZ Films and Panos Cosmatos in collaboration with Sony Music Vision, Columbia Records and Live Nation. It is directed by Miley Cyrus, Jacob Bixenman, Brendan Walter, with cinematography by Benoît Debie.
