Prehistoric mayhem continues on the farm when the kids’ mischievous “Dare Game” goes too far. The Throw-Go-Bowl competition against the punch monkeys gets nutty when Grug’s competitive spirit threatens to push his teammates away. And when a major feud between the parents threatens to separate the Croods and Bettermans forever, the kids step up to bridge the gap with a grand spectacle to keep the family together!

Wham returns with news of a utopian cave community (“Caveana”), accidentally reigniting the argument between the Croods and Bettermans. As the Croods journey to Caveana and the Bettermans adjust to life without them, the parents deny how much they miss each other.
