Most recently booking a series regular role on the 2019 pilot “New York Undercover,” she has recurred on “S.W.A.T,” “Power,” and “Queen of the South.” Lyte’s film roles include acclaimed Sundance Winner Patticakes, Girls Trip, the upcoming Loved to Death, Sylvie’s Love with Tessa Thompson and Eva Longoria, and Bad Hair from writer/director Justin Simien.
