Jessica Biel is an Emmy-nominated actor and producer known for her acclaimed roles in “The Sinner,” “Limetown,” “The Illusionist,” “Hitchcock” and dozens of other feature films and TV series. As a producer and co-founder of Iron Ocean Productions, Biel’s work includes the anthology series “The Sinner,” which earned her Emmy, Golden Globe and Critics’ Choice Award nominations for Best Actress as well as nominations for her role as executive producer.

Currently, Biel is in production on Hulu’s true crime limited series “Candy,” in which she stars as infamous ax killer Candy Montgomery. Biel and her producing partner, Michelle Purple, serve as executive producers under the Iron Ocean banner. Biel also serves as an executive producer for the ‘90s-set thriller “Cruel Summer,” which set ratings records for the Freeform network and recently won Best Cable Drama Series from the Hollywood Critics Association.

Biel and Purple formed Iron Ocean Productions in 2007 with the mission to tell powerful stories that enhance female voices for all audiences. Past projects also include the Facebook Watch series “Limetown,” which starred Biel and Stanley Tucci; and the film “The Book of Love” starring Biel, Jason Sudeikis and Maisie Williams. In 2021, Biel and Purple were included in Variety’s prestigious TV Producers Impact Report.
