Plan B

KUHOO VERMA is set to lead the cast of Hulu’s upcoming teen comedy Plan B directed by Natalie Morales. She most recently starred in the world premiere of Dave Malloy’s musical Octet at the Signature Theatre (New York Times Critic’s Pick), for which she won the 2020 Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Featured Actress in a Musical and the Drama Desk Award for Best Ensemble. Kuhoo also starred in the musical adaptation of the hit Bollywood film Monsoon Wedding at Berkeley Rep. Her film credits include the Oscar-nominated The Big Sick opposite Kumail Nanjiani. A versatile musician and vocalist, Kuhoo has performed in music venues all over New York City including Lincoln Center, Symphony Space, Joe’s Pub, and 54 Below.
