Johnny Knoxville is an actor and filmmaker most known for starring in and producing the box-office hit franchise “Jackass” including the film’s sequels – “Jackass Number Two,” “Jackass 3D,” “Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa,” and Paramount’s “Jackass Forever,” which hit theaters in February 2022.

Knoxville has starred alongside Michael Shannon in “Elvis & Nixon,” Jonas Akerlund’s “Small Apartments” with Billy Crystal and James Caan, the Farrelly Brothers’ “The Ringer,” and “The Dukes of Hazzard”with Seann William Scott. He was also seen in Catherine Hardwicke’s “Lords of Dogtown” alongside Heath Ledger and Emile Hirsch. Knoxville can also be seen in films “Above Suspicion” with Emilia Clarke, “Polar” on Netflix, and in Gia Coppola’s film, “Mainstream” with Andrew Garfield. Knoxville’s TV credits include “Jackass,” “WWE,” “Nitro Circus,” and “Ridiculousness.”

Up next, Knoxville is set to star alongside Keegan-Michael Key, Judy Greer, Paul Reiser, and Rachel Bloom in Hulu’s upcoming comedy series “Reboot.” “Reboot” follows the cast of an early 2000’s sitcom that work to navigate their issues in a world of change.

Outside of his filmmaking and acting career, Knoxville focuses his humanitarian efforts on being a fervent supporter and donor of The Special Olympics and The Boys and Girls Club of America.
