Elizabeth Banks is an Emmy-nominated actress, producer, and director who is known for her work both in front of and behind the camera. Her company Brownstone Productions, which she co-founded with husband Max Handelman, is best known for the hit PITCH PERFECT franchise which has grossed over half a billion world-wide. In addition to SHRILL, Brownstone’s upcoming television slate includes HOOPS at NBC co-produced with LeBron James’s SpringHill Entertainment; STRONG JUSTICE at NBC; PATTY’S AUTO at FOX; the Untitled Nkechi Carroll Project at ABC co-produced with Berlanti Productions; and GIRL WAITS WITH GUN at Amazon. On the film side, their upcoming slate includes QUEEN FOR A DAY at Paramount Players, RED QUEEN  at Universal Pictures, and the highly anticipated CHARLIE’S ANGELS reboot at SONY which will release November 1st, 2019.
