People know Sadie from her six-season arc as ‘Alice Carlson’, the spunky teen who everyone loves to hate on the critically acclaimed Netflix/CBC comedy series Workin’ Moms. Most recently, Sadie has starred in a season-long arc as ‘Lucy’ in the upcoming second season of the Hulu/YTV mystery series The Hardy Boys. Some of Sadie’s other recent credits include appearing alongside Emmy® Award winner Elisabeth Moss in the third season of the award-winning series The Handmaid’s Tale as well as a lead role in the Star Trek: Short Trek episode entitled Children of Mars, which kicked off the 2020 spin-off series, Picard.

She has additionally starred in Orphan Black, Saving Hope, Man Seeking Woman, A Family Man, Autumn Stables and American Gods. Sadie co-starred with Juno-nominated artist Tyler Shaw in the award-winning feature film The Meaning of Life, directed by Cat Hostick. The film was named ‘Best Feature’ at the Wilson Oakville Film Festival in 2017, as chosen by festival audiences.

Born and raised in Toronto, Sadie has been acting since she was eight years old and when she is not acting or in school, she enjoys drawing, hanging out with friends and watching movies. She has a younger brother, Shepherd, and an older brother, Gage, who is also an actor

LUCY is a confident and intriguing classmate at Bridgeport P.S.  Wise beyond her years, she and Joe have an immediate, and sometimes antagonistic, connection.  Lucy is a master of cool and calm, until she finds herself in a difficult position when her filmmaker boyfriend, DENNIS, goes missing, and the Hardy boys zero in on her for more information.  Protective and loyal, Lucy tries to protect Dennis from further hurt, but the Hardy boys begin to question if she’s protecting Dennis, or just herself.
