Caroline is living proof that one can spend all day slaving over a hot stove and still look fabulous and fashionable while doing it. In fact, this glamorous French transplant prides herself on her ability to cook in heels!  A graduate of École de Paris des Métiers de la Table, Caroline began her culinary career with a stint as a Junior Sous Chef at a bistro in the heart of Paris. But soon enough she fell in love with an American man and followed her heart to the United States. Now single and based in New York City, Caroline has moved from the restaurant world to a thriving career as a private chef and event planner. As a self-proclaimed “intuitive chef,” Caroline’s improvisational approach to cooking wouldn’t seem a natural match to Chef Anthony’s by-the-books approach, but together they make an amazing team in the kitchen, each bringing their unique flair to the cuisine of Chateau Rosabelle.
