Meredith Hagner plays “Portia” on HBO Max’s critically acclaimed Search Party, a performance Vanity Fair hailed as “brilliant.” Additionally Hagner will soon be seen as the co-lead of the new Quibi series Dummy opposite Anna Kendrick.

In film, Hagner was in Ike Barinhotz’s The Oath opposite Tiffany Haddish and the James Gunn produced Brightburn opposite Elizabeth Banks. She was named one of Indiewire’s “Ten To Watch” following her Sundance debut in David Cross’s Hits, in which she gave what the New York Times called, “a note-perfect performance.” Other recent work includes Netflix’s Set It Up and Ingrid Goes West.

Originally from North Carolina, Hagner now lives in Los Angeles and loves writing and playing folk music.
